As we move into 2026, many of us are being asked to reset — not in a fast or forceful way, but gently, intentionally, and with care.

My EnerQi Reset work is about clearing and reorganising your space while also supporting the emotional and energetic shifts that naturally arise when we let go. I don’t just look at what’s in your home — I listen to what the space is holding, and what you are ready to release.

Often, clutter is not about things. It’s about beliefs, attachments, timing, and life transitions. Together, we gently uncover what may be keeping you stuck, and create a way forward that feels manageable, respectful, and aligned with where you are now.

Before we begin, I work with you to create a personalised EnerQi Reset plan that suits your energy, your home, and your life. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is imposed. This is your process.

The intention is simple: to allow Qi to move through your home with ease — from front to back, room to room — so your space can once again support clarity, wellbeing, grounded abundance, and harmonious relationships.

1. DIY Reset – Supported, Not Alone

This option is for those who want to lead their own reset, with guidance and reassurance along the way.

Includes:

• A clear, practical EnerQi Reset checklist

• Two 1-hour Zoom sessions

  • The first to prepare you for your reset

  • The second to support you during the process
    (These can be split into 2 x 30-minute calls if that feels better for you)

• All sessions are recorded for your reference

This is not about minimalism. It’s about creating space for Qi to move freely, so your home can support your highest good.

2. Partnered Reset – You & Me

This is a shared approach. You do some of the work, and I walk alongside you.

We create a reset plan together that fits your lifestyle, energy, and capacity. It combines the flexibility of the DIY Reset with hands-on guidance where you need it most.

3. Done-For-You Reset (D4U) – Held Every Step of the Way

This option is for those who want full support through their EnerQi Reset journey.

Includes:

• Weekly 30-minute Zoom check-ins, recorded for your convenience

• Support for 2 rooms or one month

I stay with you through the process until you feel confident to continue on your own.

Final Touch – Space Energy Renewal Ceremony

When your EnerQi Reset is complete, we close the process with a Space Energy Renewal Ceremony. This gentle ritual acknowledges the work you’ve done and blesses the new energy of your home, helping it settle, soften, and support you moving forward.
