All orders over $300 are FREE!

We offer standard shipping within Australia. Orders are shipped each Wednesday after payment has been processed.

We use ROUTE INSURANCE for all our shipping, so you can order without concern, no matter how fragile the item! The insurance is automatically added to your order, and if you don't want to add it, you can remove it by UNticking the box. Easy!

Shipping Rate

Australia: Australia Post and Courier shipping within Australia
International: Our standard price for international is $20 flat rate for orders under AUD50, however, please contact us for freight costs if your order is over $50 via email and we will find the best shipping method for you in your country.

Shipping Details

Your purchase will be shipped each Wednesday upon payment confirmation.
You will be notified of your tracking number on dispatch.

Standard Items:
We use Australia Post as our preferred carrier.
To track your parcel, go to auspost.com.au.
Otherwise, contact Australia Post on 131 318.

Large Items:
Large, heavy or awkward shaped parcels will be sent with a suitable courier service.

You will be notified of the courier and delivery details before sending them.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Our returns policy is 30 days from receipt of your goods. If 30 days have past since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only accept returns for products deemed to be faulty. Our products are manufactured to the highest quality but do have variances in colour and finish at times. These products are not refundable.

We take great care in ensuring that your products is wrapped and packaged well, but our products are made from resin which can break during postage and delivery.  If your product has broken during delivery please contact us as the exchange of your product will be on a case by case situation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Delivery costs are not refundable. Return delivery costs are at buyers' expense.
